Enterprise discipline, rebuilt for the AI era.

For more than twenty years I led enterprise platform delivery and technology governance at Corning Incorporated, a Fortune 300 manufacturer with a global footprint. My work sat where architecture, finance, and operations meet: governing multi-million-dollar technology portfolios, integrating systems across business units and regions, and holding vendor programs accountable to the commitments they made.

That work taught me that most technology failures are delivery failures first. Platforms stall when architecture decisions are disconnected from operating reality, when governance becomes theater, or when no one owns the hard trade-offs. My job has been to close those gaps, and to turn around the programs where they had already opened.

Recognizing that applied AI would reshape how enterprises build and run systems, I stepped away for an intentional, full-time modernization sabbatical and completed an M.S. in Applied Data Science at Syracuse University with a 4.0 GPA. Since then I have been building hands-on: multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, and the developer workflows that make these systems maintainable.

Today I bring both halves together, pairing the governance instincts of an enterprise director with current, working fluency in AI systems architecture, so organizations can move from AI pilots to platforms that hold up in production.
